How to sign up and choose your role
Bond Back connects listers (people who need a bond clean) with cleaners (professional cleaners who bid on jobs). Your first step is creating an account and choosing how you want to use the platform.
Sign up in three steps
- Go to Bond Back and click Sign up.
- Enter your email and password — use an email you check regularly so you don't miss job updates or messages.
- Verify your email if we send a verification link (check your inbox and spam).
Choose your role
When you sign up, you'll be asked to choose a role:
- Lister — You're moving out and need an end-of-lease (bond) clean. You'll create a listing, set a reserve or Buy Now price, and accept a cleaner's bid.
- Cleaner — You're a cleaner (or cleaning business) looking for bond cleaning jobs. You'll browse listings, place bids or use Buy Now, complete the job, and get paid after the lister approves.
Tip: You can add the other role later. Many users are both listers (when they move) and cleaners (for work). Australian bond cleans often require attention to property manager checklists — choose Lister if you need the clean, Cleaner if you're doing the clean.
After sign-up
- Listers: Complete your profile (name, suburb, contact) and add your first listing (property details, move-out date, reserve price).
- Cleaners: Complete your profile (ABN if applicable, suburb, travel radius, experience) so listers can see your credibility when you bid.
